With this in mind, IndiaWatch reached out to InfoSec pioneers, leaders and professionals across the country for their thoughts about growing Cyber Security in the country. They have shared their best wishes for the nation and their top most wish for cyber security in the country.
The listing below is in no particular order!

|Sastry Tumuluri||I wish that every basic programming class includes secure coding. I also wish that security monitoring becomes a commodity service.|
Bring in a privacy law, declare the critical infrastructure IT assets for only indigenous companies and have a framework like In Q Tel to ensure they remain Indian.
The privacy law should address national security issues by ensuring data generated in India is stored in India

|Amit Sharma||Today lets pledge to make our nation to be the most powerful, prosperous and greatest nation of the world|
|Naresh Chaudhary||On the eve of independence day Its my appeal to every citizen , parents, teachers and government that its high time that we start talking about “cyber sanskar” as we use to talk about family sanskar, We talk about “netiquettes” as we use to talk about social etiquettes, we enforce “internet surfing license” on express internet highway as we enforce driving license. Lets build a cyber-safety as our culture, lets start looking at cyber security as a part of life. Sooner the better.|
|Geetha Nandikotkur||Clean processes and security consciousness among one and all for building a cybersecure ecosystem|
